Sign-On Bonus
New graduate nurses are eligible to receive an $11,000 sign-on bonus upon hire. No transcripts or tuition documents required! The bonus will be paid on your first paycheck as an RN. A work commitment is required to receive this amount.
RELOCATION Assistance
If you live outside the Tulsa/Muskogee area, you may be eligible for relocation assistance upon hire. A relocation bonus of $10,000 is provided to new graduate nurses who relocate a distance greater than 50 miles. Proof of address is required.
NCLEX REVIEW
We offer a free KAPLAN review course to new graduates that accept a contingent offer of employment with us. If you choose to attend a different review course, Saint Francis will reimburse the cost of the course up to $350 upon hire.
TUITION AND CERTIFICATION REIMBURSEMENT
For those seeking to advance their education after licensure, Saint Francis offers tuition reimbursement up to $4,500 per calendar year. Interested in adding more letters behind your title? Saint Francis also offers certification reimbursement for the cost of the exam fee for your first national certification. Eligibility for these benefits begins after 6 months of continuous employment.
CLINICAL LADDER

- Clinical Nurse II- you are eligible to apply for the clinical ladder II after 1 year of experience at Saint Francis and a minimum of 6 months on current unit
- Clinical Nurse III- you are eligible to apply for the clinical ladder III level after 2 years of experience at Saint Francis (including 1 year as CNII and 6 months on the unit) or after earning a national certification.
